This is an unbelievable preamp and is the one that had me scrambling to be able to distribute these units in Australia. My previous reference pre-amp cost $7000 and I have never had anything come close to it. For a 1/3 of that this pre is an real eye (and ear) opener. However the Reference R 1.1 is so stunning it is worth considereing very seriously.
